Terms of Sale

1. General Information

Wasatch Back Customs ("we," "us," or "Company") operates as a fully licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) and Special Occupational Taxpayer (SOT) for the sale of firearms and related products. All transactions are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.

2. Firearm Sales and FFL Transfers

All firearm sales are conducted through our GunBroker platform. Winning bidders are responsible for:

• Arranging FFL transfer to their local licensed firearms dealer
• Complying with all federal, state, and local firearm laws
• Passing all required background checks
• Paying any transfer fees charged by their local FFL dealer

3. Age Restrictions

All firearm purchasers must be at least 18 years of age for rifle and shotgun purchases, and 21 years of age for handgun purchases, as required by federal law.

4. Legal Compliance

Purchasers are solely responsible for ensuring their ownership complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. Wasatch Back Customs will not ship to areas where the product is prohibited by law.

5. Returns and Refunds

GunBroker auctions are final sales. Please review all auction descriptions and images carefully before bidding.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wasatch Back Customs shall not be liable for any damages arising from firearm use, misuse, or storage. Purchasers assume all liability for proper storage and handling.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this website.
