Return & Refund Policy
Firearms — All Sales Final
All firearm sales are final. Once a firearm has been transferred to a licensed FFL dealer and a background check has been completed, the transfer is legally binding and cannot be reversed. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on firearms under any circumstances.
If your background check is denied prior to transfer, please contact us at sales@wasatchbackcustoms.com and we will work with you on next steps. A processing fee may apply.
If a firearm arrives damaged or defective, please contact the manufacturer directly to initiate a warranty claim. Wasatch Back Customs will assist where possible but cannot accept returns on firearms.
Ammunition — All Sales Final
All ammunition sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted on ammunition for any reason, including incorrect caliber ordered.
Non-Firearm Items (Optics, Accessories, Knives, Flashlights, Sporting Goods)
We accept returns on eligible non-firearm items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all included materials.
To initiate a return, contact us at sales@wasatchbackcustoms.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
Damages & Defective Items
Inspect your order upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at sales@wasatchbackcustoms.com with photos and your order number. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Processing time varies by bank or card issuer.
If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, contact us at sales@wasatchbackcustoms.com.
