Shipping Policy
How Our Orders Ship
Wasatch Back Customs operates as a drop-ship dealer. Most orders ship directly from our distributor partners to your selected FFL dealer or delivery address. We do not maintain a retail storefront or warehouse inventory.
Firearm Shipping
All firearms must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) dealer. At checkout, you will be prompted to select a receiving FFL dealer near you. Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, your firearm will ship directly from our distributor to your selected FFL dealer.
Upon arrival at the FFL dealer, you will be contacted to schedule a pickup appointment. You will be required to complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a NICS background check before the firearm can be transferred to you. Transfer fees charged by your receiving FFL dealer are your responsibility and are not included in our pricing.
Ammunition and Non-Firearm Items
Ammunition and non-firearm items such as optics, accessories, knives, and sporting goods ship directly to your provided shipping address. Ammunition is shipped in compliance with all applicable carrier regulations.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Processing time may vary based on distributor availability. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Wasatch Back Customs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item, weight, destination, and carrier rates. Some items may qualify for free shipping as noted on the product page.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website.
